Mind Body Medicine Groups

Mind Body Medicine Groups combine education and experiential practice with the chance to share personal experiences and insights. The model has been used with clients throughout their lifespan - from preschoolers to seniors.


Each week a new skill is introduced and explained to allow you to find practices that you can incorporate into your daily life. As a teacher and guide, I strive to help participants find their untapped capacity to improve their own health and well-being. 


Groups meet two hours per week for eight weeks. There is a limit of ten participants to allow for maximum participation and individualized instruction. Community groups are being formed on a continual basis. Groups may also be conducted at a location of your choice.
