I was born in Northern Alberta and grew up on a fusion of prairie culture and Indian traditions. With a strong desire to help others, I became a social worker. In addition, I explored alternative routes to wellness, devoting time in my education to dance and science, and earning degrees in both fields. 

I have assisted individuals and families within the areas of Child Welfare, Mental Health, Addictions and the Justice System. I currently provide counselling services in Edmonton and surrounding area. In my personal time, I enjoy travelling, dancing and spending time with family and friends.
